When our problems are posted,, need help,

 Is Microsoft software Engineers aware or reading the messages?

Do they respond with suggestions?

We purchase a program from Microsoft and it seems when problems are posted they expecting we fix the problem around our selfs,, do they supposed to help?

I see many, many people asking the same questions ( Hyperlink Problems) but no answers, for example:

I have this problem almost a year and try many different ways to solve the problem and same problem,  as many others consumers

When Using Hyperlink,  trying to open the extension ( .jpg )  will show an error,

Opening any other extension we have no problems.

I have seen lots of suggestions from the community,, not from Microsoft software Engineers <o:p></o:p>

After 6 months trying,  looks like I going to reload the operation system and office,

Service Support ,,, not happy,i guess when there is no competition less attention need to be done

Maybe I'm the only unhappy consumer,,,,,,ummhhh,,,NHA,,,
